We're a small, deeply motivated team of clinicians, scientists, and technologists building the next generation of cancer-care infrastructure. Our first product launches this year, and we're looking for a nurse who wants to be part of the founding story. The Role We're seeking an Oncology Nurse who's ready to expand beyond the bedside. Someone who still values direct patient connection but wants to drive system-level change. In this role, you'll work side-by-side with our founders to design, test, and deliver new models of patient engagement and clinical quality. What You'll Do Shape patient experience: Partner with our product and engineering teams to translate clinical realities into empathetic, evidence-based design.

Stay connected to patients:

Conduct patient education and follow-up users of Radical's diagnostic platform.

Establish clinical excellence:

Build and document care protocols, quality standards, and compliance frameworks for future growth.

Bridge clinic and innovation:

Act as the clinical voice in product testing, research collaborations, and pilot programs.

Great Fit If You:

Hold an active RN license (OCN certification preferred). Have 3+ years of oncology experience and a deep empathy for patients and families.
