Contract OT South San Diego County | Dependable Nursing, LLC Dependable Nursing is seeking an experienced contract Occupational Therapist to join our growing home health team serving South San Diego County including Chula Vista, Otay Mesa, National City, and surrounding communities. Position Details Contract per visit — flexible schedule South San Diego County service area Consistent case flow with opportunity to grow your caseload Responsibilities Conduct skilled occupational therapy evaluations and treatment visits in the patient's home Complete and submit OASIS assessments accurately and on time Develop and implement individualized plan of care in coordination with the physician and care team Provide ADL and IADL retraining including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and home management Address fine motor skills, upper extremity strengthening, and coordination Recommend and train patients and caregivers on adaptive equipment and home modifications Conduct home safety evaluations and fall prevention strategies Educate patients and caregivers on energy conservation and compensatory techniques Maintain timely documentation in compliance with Medicare and agency standards Communicate clinical updates and changes in patient condition to the care team Requirements Active California Occupational Therapy license in good standing Minimum 1 year of experience required OASIS competency required — must be able to complete independently CPR certification current Reliable transportation and valid California driver's license Strong documentation and communication skills Why Dependable Nursing 20+ years serving San Diego County Supportive clinical team and responsive office staff Consistent referral pipeline — cases available now Flexible scheduling — you set your availability Prompt pay

Pay:

$90.00 - $115.00 per hour
