PRN- Agency Nurse (10-15 hours per month)

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as Agency Nurse and Compliance Advisor in a hybrid, part-time capacity. This role is designed to strengthen regulatory oversight, enhance crisis response systems, and support compliance leadership development within the agency. Key Responsibilities Clinical Oversight Provide Agency Nurse oversight per Indiana Medicaid requirements Review client care documentation for clinical accuracy Monitor medication management compliance Support training related to health and safety Compliance & Risk Oversight Review incident reports and ensure state reporting compliance Assist in internal investigations as needed Conduct structured compliance audits Support adherence to Indiana Code 460 and BDS standards Assist with CARF readiness initiatives Crisis & Escalation Support Provide consultation during critical incidents Help formalize crisis response playbooks Support development of an internal compliance lead

Qualifications Required:

Active Indiana RN license (unencumbered) Experience with Indiana Medicaid Waiver programs (CIH, FSW, PathWays preferred) Experience in incident reporting and state-regulated environments Strong documentation review skills

Preferred:

Prior Agency Nurse experience CARF familiarity Quality assurance or compliance oversight background Schedule & Compensation 10-15 hours per month ( 1 day per week or as needed) Combination of onsite (monthly visit) and remote oversight 1099

Contract Position Compensation:

$50

• 70 per hour (based on experience)
