This position offers flexible PRN and contract opportunities for nurses interested in completing client assessments, supervisory visits, care partner competency evaluations, and clinical oversight activities. This role is ideal for an RN seeking supplemental income while maintaining flexibility and autonomy. Responsibilities Complete initial client assessments and reassessments Conduct supervisory visits in accordance with Virginia regulations and agency requirements Complete post-hospitalization, post-fall, and condition change assessments as needed Review and complete required Medicaid documentation, including DMAS forms when applicable Develop and update plans of care and service recommendations Observe and evaluate care partner performance and competency Complete PCA training and competency sign-offs as assigned Provide clinical guidance and recommendations to agency leadership Coordinate with physicians, case managers, clients, families, and care partners as needed Complete all required documentation accurately and timely Compensation Initial Assessments /

New Client Admissions:

$175 per visit Supervisory Visits / Reassessments / Post-Hospital /

Post-Fall Visits:

$125 per visit

Additional Clinical Coordination:

Additional $50 when extensive follow-up with physicians, case managers, hospitals, or families is required beyond the visit itself Qualifications Active Virginia Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing Minimum 2 years of nursing experience preferred Home care, home health, hospice, case management, long-term care, or community-based nursing experience preferred Knowledge of Medicaid waiver services and home care regulations preferred Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills Reliable transportation and ability to travel throughout Northern Virginia Current CPR certification Ability to pass required background screenings Why Join BG Healthcare Services?
