Regional RN Educator & Clinical Support Stern Consultants - 3.3 Peoria, IL Job Details Full-time $130,000 - $140,000 a year 4 hours ago Qualifications Skilled nursing facility experience RN License Long-term care facility experience Full Job Description We are seeking an experienced RN to support CNA training, clinical education, and regional operational support for multiple skilled nursing facilities in the Peoria area. This regional position includes remote CNA instruction, onsite clinical training, facility visits, and short-term leadership support as needed. The ideal candidate is adaptable, organized, and comfortable working across multiple locations.
Responsibilities:
Conduct remote CNA course instruction Provide onsite CNA clinical training Conduct facility site visits and staff support Assist with training and clinical support across facilities Provide short-term leadership support as needed, including DON or LNHA responsibilities
Qualifications:
Active RN license required Long-term care/skilled nursing experience required Prior teaching, training, or leadership experience preferred Ability to travel within the region Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary:
$130,000 - $140,000 annually Full-time position.
