Job Description

Spiritual Home Care LLC is currently seeking Licensed Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to work as independent contractors providing home health care assessments .

Georgia Requirements:
Must hold a current and active RN or LPN license in the State of Georgia License must be in good standing Experience with home health assessments preferred Reliable transportation Professional, compassionate, and dependable
