PRN / Flexible (based on client needs and visit schedule) Position Overview Mudaris Healthcare is seeking a compassionate, dependable, and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to complete supervisory visits for pediatric/home care clients. This role is ideal for an RN who wants flexible work and enjoys supporting families, caregivers, and quality patient care in the home setting. The RN will perform brief in-home supervisory visits, monitor care quality, ensure compliance, document findings, and communicate any concerns or updates to the care team. Key Responsibilities Complete scheduled supervisory visits in patient homes (approx. 15 minutes each) Observe and evaluate the quality of care being provided Assess patient status and report any changes or concerns Ensure caregivers are following the care plan and agency standards Provide guidance/support to caregivers as needed during visits Complete visit documentation accurately and on time Communicate updates to the office, case coordinator, and family when needed Identify and escalate any safety, compliance, or clinical concerns Support quality assurance and continuity of care efforts Assist with occasional nursing-related follow-up tasks ("and more") as needed by the agency Compensation $50 per completed supervisory visit Each visit averages approximately 15 minutes Flexible scheduling based on patient assignments and agency needs Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (in good standing) Home health, pediatric, or private duty nursing experience preferred Strong clinical judgment and observational skills Excellent communication and professionalism with families and staff Ability to work independently and stay organized Reliable transportation and ability to travel to assigned visits Ability to complete documentation electronically and on time Ideal Candidate Compassionate and family-centered Professional and dependable Comfortable in home settings Detail-oriented with strong documentation habits Flexible and responsive Passionate about supporting medically fragile children and their families Why Join Mudaris Healthcare At Mudaris Healthcare, we are committed to providing high-quality, compassionate care to families who need support the most.
