As we complete our Medicare accreditation process, we are seeking an experienced and motivated RN to serve as our clinical supervisor and assist with agency startup, licensing compliance, policy development and clinical operations. Position Summary The Registered Nurse will provide clinical oversight and leadership during the agency's startup phase and after operations begin. The RN will assist in meeting state licensing requirements, preparing for Medicare accreditation, developing clinical programs, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations. Key Responsibilities Assist with agency licensing and Medicare accreditation preparation Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures Provide clinical oversight and supervision of caregiving staff Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations Assist with staff orientation, training, and competency evaluations Collaborate with agency leadership on operational and clinical initiatives Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records Support readiness for surveys, audits, and accreditation reviews Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of [State] Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience (home health experience preferred) Previous supervisory or management experience preferred Knowledge of home health regulations and Medicare Conditions of Participation preferred Strong organizational and leadership skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
