Position Overview We are searching for an experienced and highly motivated Branch Manager (RN) to oversee all clinical and operational activities within the Central West MA region. This is a key leadership role responsible for managing regional field staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, delivering exceptional member service, and driving growth in one of our most strategic service areas. The Branch Manager reports directly to the Program Director and serves as the regional ambassador for Mass Care Link—leading people, processes, and performance to uphold the culture, values, and mission of the organization. Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership & Staff Management Supervise, mentor, and support a regional team of Care Managers and Nurses Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and ensure accountability for all field staff Promote a positive, collaborative culture grounded in quality and compliance Clinical Oversight Conduct and review home visits, initial assessments, annual assessments, and member placements Ensure documentation, care plans, and clinical workflows meet all 130 CMR 408 and MCL standards Oversee visit schedules, timeliness, and service quality delivery Operational Excellence Manage day-to-day field operations across the Central West MA region Maintain compliance with MassHealth, MCL internal policies, and audit requirements Collaborate with leadership to identify regional opportunities for process improvement and increased efficiency Community & Growth Initiatives Build and strengthen relationships with hospitals, providers, case managers, and community partners Represent MCL at regional outreach events, professional meetings, and referral engagements Support strategic initiatives to expand MCL's presence and reputation across the Northeast Travel Requirement Must be willing and able to travel throughout the Central West MA region to complete home visits, and staff supervision. Qualifications Active RN license in Massachusetts (required) Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare, home health, or community-based setting Strong organizational, communication, and team development skills Demonstrated ability to prioritize, problem-solve, and lead in a fast-paced environment Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the region Must reside within a 25 mile radius from Barre, MA Why Join Mass Care Link?
