Position Summary The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care in a hospital setting using the nursing process and established clinical standards. The RN collaborates with the interdisciplinary team, delegates appropriate care activities, and ensures safe, high-quality outcomes for observation patients. Key Responsibilities + Provide direct patient care using evidence-based nursing practice + Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to develop and update plans of care + Delegate appropriate patient care activities to support staff + Identify patient safety risks related to diagnosis, medications, procedures, and age + Maintain professional accountability and ongoing development Why BayCare?
