  • Overview:
  • We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care and assist in creating a positive experience for individuals living in group home settings. Experience dealing with the developmental disability population and home care nursing is preferred. LPNs are also welcome to apply.
  • Duties:
  • Oversee medication administration, reordering of medications and treatments as prescribed by the physicians.
  • Monitor individuals' health and update medical records. Set appointments and follow-up.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care with empathy.
  • Assist in staff medical training and on-call support if needed.
  • Professional and highly disciplined individual that can lead others with good judgement.
  • Adhere to standards of nursing practice and guidelines.
  • Skills:
  • Proficient in individuals' care standards in a home environment
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations
