In-Home Assessments Location:

Boulder (Northern, CO) Tired of running laps around the hospital? If you're an RN who wants to use your brain without burning out your body , this is your exit ramp. We're hiring RNs to complete in-home health assessments—no bedside care, no med passes, no chaos. Initial assessments will be in person, followed by virtual case management. Ideal candidate will reside in Boulder, CO.

What You'll Do:

Perform in-home health assessments (history, meds, assess patients for in home support needed) Document findings using provided equipment Identify health risks and gaps in care Build quick rapport with patients

Requirements:

Active RN license (CO or compact) 1+ year home health clinical experience Reliable transportation & Valid Drivers License (A MUST)
