Responsibilities:
Complete client assessments and reassessments.- Review and update care plans.
- Provide caregiver supervision and support.
- Ensure compliance with Idaho Medicaid requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records.
- Participate in quality assurance activities.
Qualifications:
Active Idaho Registered Nurse (RN) license.- Home care or Medicaid experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Reliable transportation.
Position Type:

Hybrid Position Compensation:
$100 per completed Care Plan.- Additional compensation available for assessments and supervisory duties.
