RN Remote Case Manager - Metro Chicago Area (with Local Travel) This is a direct hire position. We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Medical Case Manager to support injured workers throughout their recovery and return-to-work journey. This role combines remote work with local travel throughout the Chicago metropolitan area, providing clinical oversight, care coordination, patient advocacy, and collaboration with healthcare providers, employers, and other stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have strong assessment skills, experience managing complex cases, and a passion for helping patients achieve positive outcomes while ensuring appropriate and cost-effective care. Active Illinois RN License Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing 2+ years of clinical nursing experience in Orthopedics, Neurology, Rehabilitation, Trauma, Occupational Health, Acute Care, or related specialties Medical Case Management experience supporting injured or complex patient populations Workers' Compensation Case Management experience (highly preferred) Utilization Management, Utilization Review, Managed Care, or Cost Containment experience CCM (Certified Case Manager), CIRS, or similar Case Management certification (preferred) Ability to travel locally up to 60% with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation The perfect fit is one click away.
