Licensure OB/GYN | Adriatica Women's Health Full-Time | McKinney/Prosper, TX | Hybrid About Us Adriatica Women's Health is a thriving OB/GYN practice dedicated to providing exceptional, compassionate care to women at every stage of life. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Results Nurse to join our clinical team and serve as a vital liaison between our patients and providers. About the Role As a Results Nurse, you will play a key role in managing patient results, triaging clinical calls, and providing education and support to our OB/GYN patient population. This position requires strong clinical judgment, critical thinking, and a genuine passion for patient-centered care. You will work closely with our physicians and midlevel providers to ensure timely, accurate, and compassionate communication with our patients. What You Will Do Notify patients of lab results and communicate provider recommendations per protocol Call in prescriptions based on provider requests or results protocols Manage and prioritize test results, addressing urgent findings first Monitor and respond to patient portal messages in a timely and accurate manner Triage all emergent and non-emergent patient calls, directing to providers as needed Coordinate referrals and follow up to ensure continuity of care Conduct in-office nurse visits for blood pressure monitoring and other patient care needs Document all patient interactions accurately in the EHR Provide patient education regarding treatment plans, medications, and follow-up care Back up OB and GYN Triage Nurses as assigned What We Are Looking For Minimum 3 years of nursing experience in an OB/GYN hospital or office setting Strong knowledge of obstetrics and gynecology medical terminology Excellent communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in EHR systems, Athena a plus Active RN or LVN licensure in the state of Texas (required) BLS/CPR certification (required) Schedule & Compensation Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. | Friday 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Hybrid work model — in-office days designated by practice leadership, currently 1-2 days per week.
