Job Summary:
Tri-Area Community Health has a full-time Registered Nurse opening at our Fries and Grayson Highlands location. The position includes providing Case Management services for the Fries clinic patients. Qualified candidates must be driven and possess the ability to work independently, use critical thinking skills, and effective communication. Qualified Medical office experience and EMR experience are a plus. Candidate must be willing to work as a team member of a multidisciplinary team. Current Virginia RN license required. Hours are primarily 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with no weekends, nights or call. Hybrid position, some remote work and some on-site. Pay is based on education and experience.
