70% FTE, 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. No weekends or holidays. You will work at the DeForest-Windsor Family Medicine Clinic. This position is hybrid with the opportunity to work from home at times after orientation but frequency varies and dependent on operational need. We are seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to: Provide high quality, evidence-based care to patients from birth to end of life, in a compassionate patient- and family- centered environment. Promote healthy lifestyles, prevention, and wellness measures, as well as, provide chronic condition management and education. Utilize critical thinking skills in a variety of ways, such as triaging phone calls, following up on MyChart messages, and providing direct patient care.
