You'll collaborate with treating physicians, claims professionals, employers, and injured workers to facilitate appropriate medical treatment, remove barriers to recovery, and support safe return-to-work outcomes.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting telephonic case management assessments Coordinating medical care and treatment plans Communicating with providers, adjusters, employers, and injured workers Identifying barriers to recovery and return-to-work Educating injured workers regarding treatment plans and recovery expectations Facilitating communication among all stakeholders Maintaining timely and accurate case documentation Supporting positive clinical and claim outcomes What We're Looking For Active and unrestricted California RN License Must currently reside in California Workers' Compensation Case Management experience required Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Strong organizational and documentation skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Proficiency with technology and electronic documentation systems The Right Candidate You are clinically strong, self-motivated, and experienced in California Workers' Compensation.
