Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Aesthetic Nurse Injector/Laser Operator to join our vibrant med spa team. In this role, you will deliver expert aesthetic treatments, including botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, laser skin therapies, and other advanced cosmetic procedures. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals while ensuring safety, sanitation, and exceptional guest experiences. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine clinical skills with customer service excellence in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Also training and work with fraxel and clarity 2 laser. Duties Perform aesthetic procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments, dermabrasion, and body waxing with precision and care. Manage patient consultations to assess needs, explain treatment options, and develop personalized treatment plans. Operate advanced laser equipment and esthetic devices following strict safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines. Maintain a clean, sanitized treatment area in compliance with health regulations and industry standards. Provide exceptional guest services by addressing client questions, offering product demos, and upselling suitable skincare or cosmetic products. Document all treatments accurately in salon management software such as Millennium or
MINDBODY
; ensure proper recordkeeping for client files. Assist with front desk duties including scheduling appointments, managing social media management efforts, and supporting retail sales initiatives. Requirements Valid licensure as a registered nurse or licensed aesthetic nurse with experience in cosmetic injections and laser treatments. Proven experience with botulinum toxin (Botox) injections, dermal fillers, esthetic laser treatments, and other non-invasive procedures. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices, patient safety protocols, and industry regulations. Familiarity with salon software platforms like Millennium or
MINDBODY
; experience managing social media accounts is a plus. Excellent communication skills to educate clients about procedures and skincare routines effectively. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Additional skills such as hair extensions application, nail care, makeup application, or hair styling are advantageous but not required.
