Job Responsibilities:
Provides and coordinates patient care by assessing health needs, implementing care plans, managing medications, monitoring health status, maintaining documentation, supervising staff, ensuring compliance with health and safety policies, coordinating with healthcare providers, and supporting disease prevention and health maintenance in community or facility settings. #
