Full Job Description Details Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00
PM On-Call Requirement:
Weekend on-call rotation
Productivity Requirement:
Minimum 30 points per week (may increase based on patient volume and agency needs)
Case Conferences:
Weekly Case Conference Meeting:
Wednesday at 8:45
AM Additional Weekly Conference:
Tuesday at 8:30 AM (1.5 hours)
Documentation:
Must be completed within 24 hours
License Requirement:
Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license
Mileage Reimbursement:
$0.43 per mile
Preferred Skills:
Homecare Homebase (HCHB) PointCare PointClickCare Microsoft Teams Strong organizational and technology skills Ability to orient and mentor novice clinicians when needed Home health experience preferred #
NonVMS Pay:
$52.30 per hour
