This role offers flexibility while providing an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of clients receiving care at home. Responsibilities Conduct in-home client assessments Develop, review, and update individualized Plans of Care Perform supervisory visits for caregivers and clients Provide caregiver training, guidance, and clinical support Ensure compliance with home care regulations and agency policies Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications Active Rhode Island Registered Nurse (RN) License (Required) Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (Required) Previous home care experience (Required) Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills Ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule Willingness to work on a per diem basis Why Join FirstLight Home Care?
