- Home Care conducts day-to-day nursing activities to include assessment and education. The Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager
- Home Care for Saint Elizabeth Home Care is a part of a cohesive and collaborative interdisciplinary team with ample administrative support. Our Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager
- Home Care are equipped with point of care devices (iPad), as well as all necessary and requested medical equipment and supplies. Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager
Home Care:
Current unencumbered RN license in Rhode Island. Minimum of one year nursing experience, home care experience preferred. CPR certification. Reliable transportation, current clean driver's license, automobile insurance. Work in an environment where our co-workers and those in our care are treated just like family!
