Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and highly skilled Registered Nurse to provide comprehensive patient care across diverse healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background, excellent assessment skills, and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing services. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, implementing care plans, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to promote health and recovery. This role offers an opportunity to work in dynamic environments such as hospitals, outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, or home health settings. Duties Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, physical examinations, and medical history reviews using advanced EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Administer medications via various routes including IV infusion, injections, and catheterization while adhering to aseptic techniques and HIPAA regulations. Manage acute pain and chronic conditions through evidence-based interventions, including wound suturing and ventilator management when applicable. Perform diagnostic evaluations such as laboratory specimen collection, phlebotomy, and diagnostic imaging procedures like CT scans or sonography. Provide patient education on treatment plans, medication administration, nutrition, and health coaching tailored to individual needs across specialties including geriatrics, pediatrics, behavioral health, and hospice care. Collaborate with physicians and specialists in trauma medicine, ICU (Intensive Care Unit), Level I Trauma Centers, or emergency medicine environments to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document all patient interactions accurately in compliance with medical documentation standards while maintaining confidentiality under HIPAA guidelines. Participate in discharge planning and case management activities to facilitate smooth transitions of care within hospital or post-acute settings. Requirements Valid nursing license with current registration; prior experience in hospital medicine or critical care environments preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner; familiarity with

ICD-9/10

coding and CPT coding is advantageous. Extensive clinical experience in areas including ICU (Intensive Care Unit), trauma medicine, emergency room, cardiac catheterization units, or post-acute care settings such as nursing homes or assisted living facilities. Strong knowledge of physiology, anatomy, infection control protocols, and aseptic techniques essential for safe patient care. Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays in diverse settings such as memory care or behavioral health units. Ability to perform complex procedures including IV insertion, tube feeding management, ostomy care, and sterile processing when necessary. Excellent communication skills for effective triage assessments and interdisciplinary collaboration across healthcare teams. Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required; additional specialty certifications are a plus.
