Job Description

Registered Nurse (RN) - 2nd
Shift Pay:
$45-$50 per hour with $10,000 sign-on bonus
Schedule:
40 hours per week; 2nd shift (3pm-11pm)
Location:
Woonsocket, RI Reports to: Director of Nurses (DNS)
Summary:
In this leadership role, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing all aspects of resident care on your assigned unit. You will act as a clinical leader, mentor, and key resource for our nursing staff, ensuring that our residents receive the highest quality of care in a safe and supportive environment. Qualifications & Skills Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing. Must hold a current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Rhode Island. Current CPR certification is required. IV certifications are preferred. A minimum of one year of clinical experience, preferably in a long-term care or rehabilitation setting, is preferred. Demonstrated ability to supervise and lead a team effectively. Excellent clinical assessment, critical thinking, and independent decision-making skills. Strong knowledge of nursing best practices, as well as state and federal healthcare regulations. A sincere desire to work with the elderly and a commitment to providing high-quality, person-centered care
