$102,500-$115,000 Make a career—and a real difference. AID Upstate is seeking a full-time Nurse Practitioner/APRN to join our outpatient medical practice in Anderson, South Carolina . This role offers the opportunity to provide both primary care and HIV specialty care in a collaborative, mission-driven healthcare environment that serves patients across Upstate South Carolina. What You'll Do Provide outpatient primary care and HIV care for patients Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions Prescribe medications and order labs, imaging, and referrals Provide preventive screenings and wellness services Document care in Epic Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, behavioral health professionals, and case managers Help improve health outcomes for underserved populations What We Offer ✅
