MDS Nurse (RN) Linley Park Post Acute - Anderson, SC $70-$75,000 /annually | Full-Time About Us Linley Park Post Acute is an 88-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in the heart of Anderson, South Carolina. We are proud to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative, team-focused environment. We are seeking a detail-oriented MDS Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This role is critical in ensuring accurate clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and optimal reimbursement—while supporting exceptional outcomes for our residents.

This role directly impacts care planning, regulatory compliance, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement . Qualifications Active, unencumbered R N license in South Carolina (required) Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong knowledge of
MDS 3.0, RAI
process, and reimbursement guidelines Experience with EHR systems (PointClickCare preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Why Join Linley Park Post Acute?
