This role is critical in ensuring accurate clinical documentation, regulatory compliance, and optimal reimbursement—while supporting exceptional outcomes for our residents.

This role directly impacts care planning, regulatory compliance, and Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement. Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required) Experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred Strong knowledge of MDS 3.0, RAI
process, and reimbursement guidelines Experience with EHR systems (PointClickCare preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical skills Ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams Why Join Linley Park Post Acute?
