1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Cath Lab/IR position requiring 2+ years of experience, SC licensure, and a 50-mile radius restriction. Details Cardiac Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) setting, including work in the IR holding department Adult patient population with a variety of cardiac and vascular disease processes Procedural area with pre- and post-procedure care responsibilities Day shift, Monday through Friday, 4x9-hour shifts with occasional 5x8-hour shifts as needed Rotating evening, night, weekend, and holiday call required Required skills include IV insertion, circulating, telemetry, and conscious sedation Hemodynamic monitoring and PACS experience preferred Meditech EMR in use Requirements Active SC RN license (Standard or Compact) required Current certifications: BLS and ACLS required Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab or relevant procedural RN experience required Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the facility to be eligible Candidates with background hits or licensure actions will not be considered TB screening required Copy of Driver's License and Social Security Card required for consideration Additional Information Two professional references required for consideration Provides nursing care for cardiac catheterization and interventional radiology procedures, including pre- and post-procedure management Holiday call coverage is required on a rotating basis
