1 Description American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for an Interventional Radiology/Cath Lab position requiring 2 years of experience, ACLS certification, and an active SC or compact RN license. Details Interventional Radiology/Cath Lab setting within a hospital environment Also covers the IR holding department, including pre- and post-procedure care Adult patient population with a variety of disease processes Primary schedule is 4x9-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, with occasional 5x8-hour shifts as needed Rotating evening, night, and weekend call required Holiday call rotation required Meditech EMR in use PACS experience is preferred Requirements Active SC RN license or compact license with SC privileges currently in hand Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of RN experience in Interventional Radiology or Cath Lab required Required skills: IV insertion, circulating, telemetry, and conscious sedation Hemodynamic monitoring experience required TB test required Must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position Clean background with no background hits or licensure actions Copy of driver's license and Social Security card required for consideration Two professional references required for consideration Additional Information Provides procedural nursing care in the Interventional Radiology and Cath Lab setting, including pre- and post-procedure care in the IR holding department Candidates with background hits or licensure actions will not be considered
