Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic cardiology practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced, innovative environment. In this vital role, you will provide comprehensive nursing services to patients with cardiovascular conditions, assist with diagnostic procedures, and support ongoing treatment plans. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through compassionate care, precise assessments, and collaborative teamwork. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge cardiac technologies and contribute to life-saving interventions. Responsibilities Provide telephonic assistance to patients in support of the physicians in the practice Educate patients on their conditions, medications, lifestyle modifications, and post-procedure care to promote recovery and health maintenance. Collaborate closely with cardiologists and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans aligned with best practices. Maintain accurate medical documentation using EMR (EPIC) Support triage activities by evaluating patient symptoms, prioritizing urgent cases such as acute pain or trauma situations, and coordinating appropriate interventions. No weekends/holidays/evenings Requirements Valid RN license in good standing with current state licensure. Proven experience in cardiology or related fields such as critical care, ICU, or emergency medicine. Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems including Epic or Cerner; familiarity with ICD coding (ICD-10/ICD-9) is preferred. Strong assessment skills Ability to work effectively in fast-paced settings such as outpatient clinics, hospital medicine units, or urgent care centers. Excellent communication skills for patient education and interdisciplinary collaboration; experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges is a plus. Pay:
$35.00 - $45.00 per hour
