Required Skills & Experience:
Current and unrestricted RN license Minimum of 1 year hands-on experience in Telemetry nursing Proficiency with cardiac monitoring and telemetry equipment Strong assessment, critical thinking, and patient care skills BLS and ACLS certification required Adaptability to fast-paced hospital settings and new EHR systems
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and manage cardiac patients utilizing advanced telemetry technology Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Administer medications and interventions per physician orders Educate patients and families on cardiac health, procedures, and ongoing care Ensure meticulous and timely documentation
