Full Time:
Day and Night shift needed! 12 hour / shift NHC Clinton , located in the South Carolina upstate and a short drive from Greenville, has a need for a day and night shift Nurse . This beautiful 131 bed skilled nursing facility is looking for the RN with a positive attitude, dependable and punctual and a quick learner with electronic documentation. Responsibilities include working with the interdisciplinary care team to assure accurate patient assessment and development of individualized plans of care, maintaining open and ongoing communication with patients and families, assuring that appropriate nursing care is being provided, assisting with meds and treatments as needed and other patient care duties as assigned.
