Our nurses play a vital role in providing high-quality, client-centered care in the comfort of clients' homes. We are looking for professionals who are passionate about making a difference and treating every client with dignity, patience, and compassion. This position offers flexible scheduling opportunities and a supportive work environment focused on quality care and teamwork. Responsibilities Provide skilled nursing care according to physician orders and care plans Monitor and assess patient conditions Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate clients and family members on care needs and health management Communicate effectively with caregivers, physicians, and agency staff Ensure client safety and comfort during visits Follow all state regulations, HIPAA guidelines, and agency policies Qualifications Active South Carolina LPN or RN license in good standing Current CPR certification Reliable transportation Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently Home care experience preferred but not required Strong assessment and clinical skills Preferred Qualifications Home health or private duty nursing experience Compassionate bedside manner Ability to build strong relationships with clients and families Experience working with elderly or disabled clients Benefits Flexible scheduling Competitive pay Supportive leadership team Meaningful one-on-one patient care
