We provide compassionate nursing and PCA services to individuals receiving care through South Carolina Medicaid waiver programs. Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide one-on-one care for a 6-year-old pediatric client in the home setting. This child is sweet, resilient, and in need of consistent nursing support from a caring professional. Responsibilities G-tube care and management Supplemental feedings Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) Monitoring and documenting patient status Providing compassionate, family-centered care Communicating effectively with caregivers and the clinical team Schedule 58 approved hours per week Full-time commitment preferred Flexible scheduling options available Qualifications Current South Carolina LPN license Pediatric experience preferred but not required Experience with G-tube care preferred Reliable transportation Strong communication and documentation skills Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused Why Join Us?
