Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CVOR experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Strong knowledge of cardiovascular operating room procedures and safety standards
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
Responsibilities:
- Assist surgeons and anesthesia providers during complex cardiovascular procedures
- Scrub and circulate in a fast-paced operating room environment
- Ensure accurate patient documentation and charting
- Monitor and maintain sterile field and equipment readiness
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to ensure optimal surgical outcomes
