$80K-$85K Monday-Friday schedule Unlimited employee referral bonuses Fun employee appreciation events & rewards Medical, dental, vision & life insurance options Advancement opportunities across South Carolina PRN opportunities within our network Position Summary We are seeking an experienced MDS Coordinator (RN) to ensuring accurate and timely completion of MDS assessments in compliance with state, federal, and Medicare guidelines . Key Responsibilities Complete and submit MDS assessments accurately and on time Ensure compliance with CMS, Medicare, and Medicaid regulations Coordinate with the interdisciplinary team for care plan development Review and monitor documentation to support reimbursement accuracy (PDPM) Participate in care plan meetings and QA processes Track and manage assessment schedules and deadlines Educate staff on documentation and regulatory requirements Collaborate with nursing, therapy, and administration teams Qualifications Active RN license in South Carolina (in good standing) Prior MDS experience required Strong knowledge of PDPM, Medicare/Medicaid, and long-term care regulations Experience in skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting preferred Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong communication and teamwork abilities What Makes You a Great Fit ✔ Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills ✔ Organized and deadline-driven ✔ Collaborative and team-focused ✔ Passionate about quality care and compliance We are an equal opportunity employer.
