Registered Nurse (RN) Fleetwood Post Acute - Easley, SC $36-$40/hour + Shift Differentials | Full-Time About Us Fleetwood Post Acute is a 102-bed skilled nursing facility located in Easley, South Carolina—just 15 minutes from the Greenville metro area. $36-$40/hour Up to $6/hour shift differential Up to $10,000 in nursing school loan repayment Next-day pay available upon request Flexible scheduling options Multiple healthcare plans to meet your needs 401(k) with company match Birthday PTO Supportive, team-oriented work environment Position Summary As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will provide and oversee high-quality nursing care, ensuring residents receive safe, effective, and compassionate treatment. You will play a key role in leading the care team and maintaining clinical excellence. Key Responsibilities Provide and supervise direct patient care Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and care team Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Ensure adherence to state, federal, and facility regulations Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members Qualifications Active, unencumbered RN license in South Carolina (required) Current CPR certification required Must maintain all continuing education and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing Experience with PointClickCare (PCC) preferred Strong clinical, leadership, and communication skills Compassion for an underserved population Why Join Fleetwood Post Acute?
