$29+/hour Make a Difference One Patient at a Time Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Registered Nurses (RNs) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide one-on-one, in-home care for medically fragile children and young adults. This role is ideal for nurses who are passionate about building meaningful relationships with patients and families while delivering high-quality, individualized care in the home setting. One-on-one, patient-centered pediatric care Flexible scheduling (full-time, part-time, PRN) Days, nights, and weekend shifts available 24/7 clinical and operational support Paid training, simulation lab experiences, and continuing education Weekly pay and reliable scheduling Supportive, mission-driven team culture Opportunities for career growth and advancement What You'll Do Provide skilled nursing care in a home health setting Perform ongoing patient assessments and clinical evaluations Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies Deliver care in accordance with physician orders and plan of care Coordinate care with families, providers, and care teams Educate patients and family members to support improved outcomes Implement preventive measures to ensure patient safety and quality care Respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
Qualifications Required:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license (South Carolina) License acquired 1 year prior to application Ability to provide care in a home setting Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
Preferred:
Pediatric or home health experience Experience with high-acuity skills (trach, vent, G-tube) Schedule & Flexibility Full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities Flexible scheduling based on your availability 8, 10, 12, or 16-hour shifts available
