Job Description

Job Overview Join Peachtree Centre team as a Sign-On Bonus RN-Registered Nurse, where your expertise and compassion will make a meaningful difference in patient care. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work across diverse clinical settings, including acute care, long-term care, outpatient clinics, and specialized units. As a vital member of our nursing staff, you will provide exceptional patient assessments, administer medications and treatments, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal health outcomes. Header Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient care by performing physical examinations, vital sign monitoring, and health assessments using advanced EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems such as Epic or Cerner. Administer medications, including injections and IV infusions, following aseptic techniques and safety protocols.. Collaborate with physicians and specialists in areas like cardiology (catheterization), ophthalmology (botulinum toxin treatment), or geriatrics to develop personalized care plans. Maintain meticulous medical documentation adhering to HIPAA regulations while ensuring compliance with NCQA standards and ICD coding requirements (ICD-9/10). Provide education on health coaching, discharge planning, or post-acute care strategies to patients and their families. Skills Proficiency with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic, Cerner, Athenahealth or eClinicalWorks for accurate documentation and patient tracking. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques.
Experience with diverse nursing specialties:
hospice & palliative medicine, behavioral health, and geriatrics (including dementia and Alzheimer's care). Skilled in IV insertion, venipuncture (phlebotomy), catheterization (urinary or vascular), tube feeding management, and sterile processing techniques. Ability to perform physical examinations, assess patient needs accurately, and respond effectively in urgent situations such as airway management or acute pain episodes. Familiarity with occupational health protocols, Workers' compensation law procedures, infection control practices, and trauma medicine standards. Excellent communication skills for working with individuals with disabilities or developmental delays. Pay:
$36.00 - $39.00 per hour
