Registered Nurse

Description:

We are seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide one-on-one care for patients in a home health setting throughout the Upstate South Carolina area, including Greenville, Spartanburg, Greer, and surrounding communities. This position is ideal for nurses who enjoy providing personalized care and building meaningful relationships with patients while working independently in a home environment. RNs will support patients with a variety of medical needs while ensuring safe, high-quality care.

Responsibilities:

Provide skilled nursing care for patients in their homes. Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to changes. Assist with medical treatments, medications, and specialized care as required. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team. Follow physician orders and agency care plans to ensure quality and safety.

Requirements:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in South Carolina. Home health, pediatric, or clinical nursing experience preferred. Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills. Excellent communication and documentation skills. Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently.
