In this vital role, you will provide expert nursing care for senior citizens, ensuring the highest standards of patient safety, comfort, and well-being. This position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives while working in a collaborative environment that values your skills and dedication. Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and physiological evaluations to determine individual care needs. Administer medications and injections accurately following established protocols, including IV infusions and medication administration. Coordinate patient care plans through case management, discharge planning, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams across inpatient and outpatient settings. Provide clinical care for adult day care clients with basic medical needs. Requirements Valid RN license in good standing with current state registration. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, and diagnostic evaluation techniques. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with patients of all ages—including children and elderly—and collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.
