Job Description

BOS Medical Staffing is looking for part time nurses in Lexington, SC to work in the PACU of a Orthopedic Clinic.
Position Summary:
BOS Medical Staffing is seeking compassionate and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our clinical team across the Post-Anesthesia Intensive Care Unit (PACU), and Medical-Surgical (Med/Surg) units. The RN will provide high-quality, patient-centered care while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Day needs 7A-5:30
Pay Rate:
$50
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established nursing standards and hospital policies Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and monitoring of patient conditions Respond promptly to changes in patient status, particularly in critical and emergency situations Identifies realistic and measurable goals and outcomes to be attained prior to discharge. Validates these with the patient and/or family. Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic medical records Serves as the patient's advocate and coordinator of care, working collaboratively with providers and other members of the healthcare team. Adhere to infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered nursing license in the state of South Carolina At least 1 year of PACU experience required American Heart Association
BLS AND ACLS
certification Basic computer skills for charting Ability to work as part of team and multi-task Physical demands include standing, walking, and assisting with patient mobility Candidates must pass a criminal background check Check and Pre-employment drug screen
