RNs Key Responsibilities:
Assess and recording patient symptoms and medical histories Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans Monitor and recording patient vital signs and medical information Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Adhere to all healthcare regulations and standardsRNs Requirements:
