Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate RN to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team, where your expertise and commitment can make a meaningful difference in people's lives. In this role, you will communicate with the office staff for upcoming visits. You will be paid $35 per visit. You will also be paid $35 each time you come in to sign paperwork.Responsibilities:
Schedule and Perform Initial Assessments for our clients and Document visits in the system (this should take no more than an hr each visit) Schedule and Perform 4 Month Follow up Assessments and Document Visits in the system(This should take no more than 30 mins each visit.) Signing Carelogs and new hire packets (usually no more than 1 hr each time)Qualifications:
- Current RN licensure in the state of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong clinical skills and experience in critical care settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of medical documentation procedures and electronic health records.
