Registered Nurse (RN)

The work we do building families offers stimulation, challenge, and personal reward in a family-oriented environment. We have an immediate opening for a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 AM to 12:00 PM, with rotating call on weekends and holidays, and the ability to float to the Summerville office as needed.

How You'll Contribute:

We always do whatever it takes, even if it isn't specifically our "job." In general, the Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for: Answering and responding to patient phone calls and email inquiries Patient scheduling Assisting physicians and providers Learning to perform ultrasounds and inseminations under the supervision of physicians Assisting in the Surgical Suite with sterile procedures Helping patients navigate through the fertility process in a compassionate and friendly manner

What You'll Bring:

The skills and education we need are: Associate's degree in nursing required Current South Carolina RN licensure required; compact licensure a plus Active BLS certification required Minimum 3 years' experience as a Registered Nurse; experience in Labor & Delivery or OB/GYN preferred Experience with Reproductive Endocrinology preferred Bilingual in Spanish a plus Prior electronic medical record experience Computer proficiency Ability to work effectively both as part of a team and independently Ability to handle a fast-paced work atmosphere Ability to learn procedures and processes quickly Detail-oriented Self-motivated Commitment to GREAT patient service More important than the best skills, however, is the right person.
