Job Description
About Body Revolution Body Revolution is a physician-led, cash-pay longevity and regenerative aesthetics practice in Myrtle Beach, SC. We specialize in hormone optimization, medical weight loss, peptide therapy, IV nutrient therapy, and advanced regenerative aesthetics. Our mission is to help patients reclaim their vitality through evidence-based medicine, delivered with clinical precision and genuine care. We are not a med spa. Every treatment we offer is grounded in science, every protocol is rooted in clinical excellence, and every team member is held to the highest standard of patient care. About This Role We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our clinical team in a part-time capacity, working directly alongside our Physician and Advanced Practice Providers to support patient care across our longevity medicine service lines. This is a clinical nursing role focused on medical weight loss, hormone therapy, IV therapy, peptide therapy, and lab management — not an aesthetic injector position. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about functional and longevity medicine, thrives in a small-team environment, and wants to be part of a rapidly growing practice where their clinical skills are valued and their contributions make a direct impact on patient outcomes. What You'll Do Assist the Physician and APP with medical weight loss patient management, including GLP-1 receptor agonist therapy (semaglutide, tirzepatide) patient education, injection training, titration support, and follow-up coordination Perform venipuncture and lab draws; process, package, and ship specimens per lab protocols Administer IV nutrient therapy infusions (Myers' Cocktail, NAD+, glutathione, custom formulations) and iron infusions, including patient monitoring throughout the infusion process Support hormone optimization patients with intake coordination, lab result preparation, and follow-up scheduling Assist with peptide therapy patient education, reconstitution guidance, and monitoring Monitor patients for adverse reactions during IV infusions and injections; respond per emergency protocols (anaphylaxis, vasovagal, adverse drug reactions) Document all clinical encounters, vitals, medications, and procedures accurately and thoroughly in the EMR on the same day of service Prepare treatment rooms, maintain clinical supply inventory, and ensure all clinical areas meet infection control and safety standards Communicate with patients regarding lab results, pre-treatment instructions, and post-treatment care as directed by the provider Participate in clinical team meetings and contribute to protocol development and refinement
What We're Looking For Required:
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of South Carolina Current BLS certification Minimum 1 year of clinical nursing experience (hospital, outpatient, clinic, or ambulatory care) Proficient in venipuncture, IV access, and injection administration Strong clinical documentation skills Excellent patient communication — warm, professional, and able to explain medical concepts in accessible language Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a small practice setting HIPAA compliance knowledge and commitment to patient confidentiality Preferred (not required): Experience in functional medicine, integrative medicine, longevity medicine, or weight management Experience with GLP-1 medications (semaglutide, tirzepatide) Experience with IV infusion therapy Experience with hormone replacement therapy (testosterone, estrogen, progesterone, thyroid) What We Offer Competitive hourly pay at $28.00/hour Flexible part-time schedule (16-24 hours/week) Discounted treatments and services for employees Discounted retail products and nutraceuticals Ongoing clinical training and professional development in cutting-edge longevity and regenerative medicine A collaborative, high-performance team environment where your clinical expertise is respected and your growth is supported The opportunity to practice medicine the way it should be practiced — with time, precision, and genuine care for every patient What This Role Is Not To set clear expectations: this is a clinical nursing support role, not an aesthetic injector position. You will not be performing Botox, filler, or aesthetic procedures in this role. If your primary interest is aesthetic injection, this is not the right fit at this time. We are looking for a nurse who is passionate about the clinical and medical side of what we do — weight loss, hormones, labs, IVs, and patient management.Pay:
