Responsibilities:
Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and vital signs in a Telemetry unit Implement and evaluate individualized patient care plans Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and support staff Administer medications, perform interventions, and respond to emergencies with critical thinking Provide patient and family education regarding cardiac care and discharge planning Maintain meticulous nursing documentation and uphold the highest standards of clinical practice
Qualifications:
Current, unencumbered RN license valid in South Carolina (or compact states) Minimum of 1 year experience in Telemetry or acute care BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, multitasking, and communication skills Previous travel nursing experience is a plus but not required
