Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Minimum of 1 year of recent Operating Room nursing experience
BLS/ACLS
certifications required Scrubbing and circulating skills strongly preferred Strong assessment and communication abilities Dedication to evidence-based practice and patient-centered care
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care in surgical settings Scrub and circulate during operative procedures Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and OR team Prepare and maintain sterile fields Monitor patient status throughout procedures Implement safety and infection control guidelines Document nursing interventions and patient responses accurately
