Job Description

Job Overview Join our dynamic healthcare team as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN), where your expertise will directly impact patient care and well-being. In this vital role, you will provide compassionate, comprehensive nursing services. Your skills in patient assessment, medication administration, and clinical procedures will help ensure optimal health outcomes for diverse patient populations. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and health histories to inform individualized care plans Administer medications, injections, IV infusions Utilize electronic health record (EHR) system for accurate medical documentation and record keeping Conduct diagnostic evaluations, specimen collection/processing Provide patient education on health coaching topics such as nutrition, medication management, and chronic disease control Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams Qualifications Valid licensure as an LPN or RN in the relevant state; additional certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) preferred Proven experience in diverse clinical environments including hospital medicine, ICU/CCU/PICU units, emergency room settings, or long-term care facilities Strong knowledge of medical terminology, physiology, anatomy, ICD coding (ICD-9/10), CPT coding for procedures and treatments Experience working with individuals with disabilities or developmental challenges; familiarity with dementia/cognitive impairment care is highly valued Skilled in patient assessment techniques such as vital signs monitoring, venipuncture (phlebotomy) Proficiency in EMR/EHR system Excellent communication skills to effectively triage patient needs and collaborate within fast-paced healthcare teams Ability to work full time hours Join us in making a difference through energetic dedication to quality patient care! Pay:
$30.11 - $36.26 per hour
